The AdvancedFrame® Convertible is a fifteen-foot kayak that can be paddled solo or tandem. With an open deck design, you can easily enter and exit the boat or utilize the optional single or double decks to convert your AdvancedFrame® Convertible from an open deck to a closed deck kayak in a matter of seconds. The design of this kayak combines our rigid bow and stern rib-frame design with the versatility of tandem or solo seating positions and interchangeable decks.

Rose –
This kayak is way nicer than we imagined. It pumps up really fast and easy and is light to carry. The fabric is strong and sturdy. We both were able to get in it without it tipping hardly at all. It feels stable and safe in the water. We have had it out about ten times on nice calm rivers, King’s Bay, and on the Gulf of Mexico. It tracks really well with the two skags. .

We are experienced Kayakers who have other hard sit on top and sit in kayaks. This was our first inflatable. For the price of admission, ours turned out to be a great purchase. We use it on vacation, so that we don’t have to carry our expensive kayaks on our vehicle for hundreds or thousands of miles, and worry about them getting stolen when we camp. We have used our Intex Explorer on the ocean inlet canals in Murrel’s Inlet, SC and it works great for that. Smooth water with some current. Our limit is about 1 1/2 to 2 hours before we feel cramped and need to take a break by getting out of the yak. I am 6’ and wife is 5’ 8”.

hesitated when choosing inflatable kayaks. I thought they’d be flimsy and people would laugh because it was the (really) cheap way to kayak. Clearly I don’t care what people think lol. Let me preface this by saying I own a Jeep and can put two standard kayaks on my roof rack; however, I am a single mother in her 40’s with one remaining child at home. He is a young disabled adult and I thought inflatable kayaks would he much easier for us to load and unload. More like

This boat is rated for 400lb, I weigh in right about 350lb and it did not sink.
Inflation and deflation both take approximately 10-12min with the provided manual pump.
It fits back in the bag with minimal issues.
The seats provide good back support and were comfortable.

The width of the boat’s bottom provides stability.
I think this size is just right.
Durability is still unknown.
However, I believe it is sturdy.

1. The price is so good.
2. The kayak has enough space. It can afford 2 adults and 1 child at same time
3. Easy to set up. It will take you around 10 mins then you can enjoy the water life

Rigid enough to float two adults. I’ve kept it inflated for over a month & not any noticeable air leakage so far. Material looks durable, dragging over beach sand does leave some scratches to the surface painting but the fabric seemed fine.
Seats are attached to bottom of boat with loop n hook that’s not as secure & may come loose easily especially for the back seat, however the reinforcement belt is a big plus as it effectively holds the seat in position
