The 28″ XL Griddle with Hood was designed to be the most versatile griddle in the market. We added 3 \u00bd\u201d in-depth to the original 28\u201d griddle top to match the depth of the 36\u201d. There are 612 sq. inches of cooking space (88 more square inches than the 28\u201d). The griddle can cook up to 25 burgers, 22 steaks, and 102 hot dogs and feed up to 20 people.<\/span><\/h3>\n
